Fortitude Wellbeing

Tina (Ciavarella) West is the owner of Fortitude Wellbeing and competitor in the sport Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Tina has studied at the Sounds From Source Academy where she has completed both basic and intermediate levels to become a Vibrational Sounds practitioner.

​Tina has also done studies to release High Dimensional entities and energies and allowing her to work on many different levels and aspects of the mind, body and soul.

Part of her life purpose is to assist other's in feeling confident, strong and resilient so that in life people can face their fears head on and learn and let go easily and effortlessly.

Tina has shared her services and taught in California and has assisted a wellness retreat in Ojai CA during 2015 which allowed her to spread her teachings and does yearly trips to the U.S.A to see clients in different states!
