Forster Tuncurry Model Aero Club

We are a fixed wing RC model club with a Control Line circle and Helicopters and Gliders are welcome to fly from the normal flight line.

Flying is conducted on Wednesday and Saturday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. The flying of any model aircraft on Sunday is prohibited.

Visitors, complying with MAAA MOP 057, are also welcome and may visit on four occasions following which it is a requirement to join the club.
The visitors fee is $2.00 per visit.

Beginners are welcome and instruction is available from the club Instructors.

NOISE: Our flying field is a noise sensitive field and all models are sound tested to ensure that noise does not exceed 98dB when measured with the model on the ground, from a point three metres in front of the model and one metre above the ground, with the motor running at full throttle.

Club meetings are held at the Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club, 21 Parkes St., Tuncurry and commence at 7.30pm. Meetings are held bi-monthly in January, March, May, July, September and November each year. The Annual General Meeting is held at the July meeting.
