Forrest Fitness & Nutrition offers a wide range of services including personal training, resistance training, group classes, zumba, online programming and coaching and nutrition planning and coaching. We also provide specific training designed for Defence Force recruitment physical fitness entry requirements.

We are a co-ed team committed to assisting you in reaching your own personal goals. We understand that everybody is unique which is why all programs will be specifically tailored to suit the individual and their own personal goals. All of your goals will be closely monitored and all of the support you require will be available to ensure you are continuously making progress towards your ultimate achievement. Whatever your goal, we will train with you, not at you! and assist you in achieving it.
