Forever Young Boxing

Brett and Serge started boxercise classes in 2007 to cater for the fitness needs in the mid Blue Mountains.

Both trainers are qualified instructors in boxing for fitness, kickboxing for fitness and general fitness instruction.

Classes started in 2007 at $10 per session per person and the cost remains the same to this day.

All you need to bring is a towel, bottle of water and a genuine desire to get fit.

Personal training can be arranged with many clients opting to mix class work and personal training through the week.
