I'm a fully certified Lara-based personal trainer and I am ready to get you moving and motivated to help shed those extra unwanted kilo's! If you are based around Lara or Northern Geelong suburbs contact me now!

I am available for one-on-one PT sessions, group sessions and nutritional advice at local parks and venues, or gym-based sessions. I cater for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. My rates are very reasonable and I offer great discounts for group training sessions so bring along a friend!
