Footwork Podiatric Laboratory

Established in 1994 as a small boutique laboratory servicing a small number of Podiatrist in and around Melbourne. Our aim was to give the Podiatrist highest quality orthotics with the knowledge of a Podiatrist. Over the last 2 decades Footwork has grown to one of the largest orthotics laboratories in the country, servicing Podiatrists not only in Australia but from New Zealand to The United Kingdom.
During that time the production line has gone from manually producing the devices to implementing CAD CAM technology. The system used by Footwork was developed in house, utilising skills and knowledge gained in over a decade in the industry.

Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacture has not only allowed Footwork to further improve the already high quality of their product but also gave it the capacity for further growth.

Although the software used by Footwork is the type used by the world’s leading engineering designers in the car, and aero industry, the true reason for our success is that every orthotic is individually designed in house with the utmost care by a Podiatrist.
