He created the Food Luddite Kitchen Studio as a place for people that love to cook (or love to eat but don’t know how to cook), a place of learning and pleasure, in a region where food and wine are the soul of the community.

Classes at the Food Luddite Kitchen Studio take you on a personal journey and allow you to experience a whole world of food, from exploring our own local cuisine rooted in the ancient peasant traditions of Eastern Europe through the exotic cuisines of Asia, the classic cuisines of the old world wine regions and even the rich traditions of his own Anglo Celtic heritage.
