The menu of Flemish Flavoursis focused on traditional Belgian fare, presenting classics with imagination and refinement. Favorites such as a beef stew brewed with dark Leffe beer accompanied by hand-cut twice-cooked chips are sure to become a hit. Or a steaming bowl of mussels. Waffles, sweet and savory will also be a staple, but with a modern twist: chevre, cured beetroot, orange zest infused pork belly, salsify chips; or fresh cream, strawberries and a dark Belgian chocolate sauce. The beer will be Belgian of course, and the wines local.
