Private classes
Have one of our experienced specialists take you and your guests through the strange and unique history of cocktails & spirits. Learn how to make your own classic cocktails at home. Select from our condensed or extended cocktail list, or request a custom list tailored to your events theme.
Starting at $50.00 p/head, this package is ideal for hens nights, buck shows, birthday parties, staff shows, anniversaries and costume parties.

Bar classes
Catering to hospitality businesses and staff these classes are designed to impart the knowledge, tools and techniques to build your own cocktails.

Building a strong understanding of drink families and ‘Perfect World’ bartending, will help your staff to read and understand recipes and to eventually create drinks lists from scratch.
Class complexity can be customised to your needs; beginner, intermediate and mixology classes are available.

Public classes
Hosted once a month Fleming&Freear present a cocktail Masterclass open to the public. Focusing on popular cocktail classics the class will delve into the history of the spirits used, the origins of the drink, variations and how we drink it today.

$30.00 p/head for 1hr class. Includes 1 classic cocktail, tastings, history, training and Q&A
