Our Coaches are all experienced MMA and Muay Thai fighters and know what it takes to be a champion.

Head Coach Roy Luxton, was an undefeated fighter and has trained Five Rings fighters for hundreds of fights, including more than 20 times internationally.

BJJ Coach Andrew Dearsley is a national MMA Champion and one of the most skillful Black belts in Australia.

Our classes cater for Kids, Teens and adults who are interested in Martial Arts, getting fit, solid self defence or stepping into the cage.

Our Personal Trainers have vast experience in MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ and Strength and Conditioning.

Facilities include a full size cage, and half cage, 200 sq metres of mat space, specialized weights studio, full compliment of strength and conditioning equipment, fight shop, showers, and an in-house Physio.
