FITNESS FOR PARENTS 'N' FUN FOR KIDS
We run group fitness sessions for parents/adults which are lead by qualified personal trainers.
In addition to the fitness program we provide a program for parents with children. We have an activity room with carers who run fun activities with the kids and supervise the children playing at all times. Children attend our sessions for FREE.
Our memberships run from school term to school term and we offer an altered training schedule for the school holidays which included breakfast club for the kids.

Monday: 9.30-10.30 / 10.30-11.30 (Legs day)
Tuesday: 9.30-10.30 / 10.30-11.30 (Cardio)
Wednesday: 9.30-10.30 / 10.30-11.30 (HIIT/AMRAP)
Thursday: 9.30-10.30 / 10.30-11.30 (Boxing)
Friday: 9.30-10.30 (HIIT UB Strength)
