We are not a franchise, We are a family owned and operated gym and you are not just another number to us. We know you by name, we care about you achieving your goals, we take pride in your accomplishments and results which is why we offer fantastic facilities with top-notch equipment including state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, fitness cinema, toning circuits, free weights, group exercise classes and crèche facilities for all our Mama’s out there.

We take pride in our community orientated gym, with a level of customer service that is unparalleled. Upon joining us, we focus our attention on your needs by tailoring a personalised program during a one on one exercise consultation with one of our highly experienced Personal Trainers. This is a one hour session where we get to understand what it is that you want out of your gym sessions. Our group classes are exclusive which means we focus our attention on the individual, ensuring you are constantly challenged within each class.
