It hasn't always been easy for me. I am very open in talking about my chronic back pain, and my depression and how It affected my outlook on life and how it affected my view on myself.

I am a Female Fitness Specialist and the founder and owner of FBC - Fitness By Careen and RS Training Facility. ​I have my own unique training style which I have developed through my own training experiences and over the years of being a Personal Trainer and Coach

Through my journey I have learnt to embrace who I am and have learnt to love myself completely. I now get to help women around the world feel the same way about themselves as I do about myself.
