Field of Dreams Fitness is a fitness program that will not only support you in achieving your goals, but also monitor your progress. Every four weeks a range of fitness-related testings can be done to track your progress. These include speed, agility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, weight, body fat percentage. These results should improve as you progress through the program. It blends general fitness, bootcamp, HIIT, pilates, boxing, circuit, weight training into a power program that stays fresh and continually challenges your body giving you the results you dream of!
