We use basic functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, lifting, walking and running and incorporate these patterns into a high intensity workout.
Our boxing classes teach you correct techniques and different combinations, whilst getting a whole body workout and increasing muscle tone.
We also stock boxing and MMA gear and supplements.
All our classes can be scaled to suit every level of fitness and ability.
Classes run for an hour.
