Fitmums

I am a fitness student studying Cert 3&4 in fitness with Fitcollege.
I'm a strength enthusiast and body builder.
I also do mums and bubs personal training classes and back to fitness fun days.
As a personal trainer I will be available to teach all aspects of the gym training with free weights and cardio equipment. I can personalise each program specific to each client I'm also available to do out door classes may it be one on one or in a group setting.
