Fitfisique Personal Training

I am 57 years of age and coach women on fitness health and nutrition. I also compete in Triathlons and Half Ironmans. I have been into fitness and health all of my life and am determined to spread the word on how to lose weight easily and effortlessly through proper exercise and nutritional foods. My small group training sessions are designed for women over 40 to get the most out of life and their bodies.
