Fitbox is a unique and exciting fitness class combining various martial art and boxing techniques, circuit and strength training.

Our professional Fitbox Instructors - Black Belt Martial Artists - cater for participants who require time and attention to improve their fitness level whilst motivation those who want to be challenged.

We are a boutique Fitness Studio offering Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Style Yoga as well as group Fitness class, including HiiT and Fitbox, with a great community.

Our services include FREE creche (for 9am and 8am classes), a coffee shop, class passes that NEVER EXPIRE and no sign up fee.

We welcome new members of all ages and fitness levels and offer class pass packages as casual, 5 pass, 10 pass and 20 pass. We also offer pensioner concessions of 50% standard class pass rates.
