Aqua Therapy is aquatic group fitness
specific to ladies who have injuries,
chronic illness, disabilities, or low fitness
levels. Classes are tailored to individual
needs and abilities, focused on recovery
and rehabilitation of injuries and
provide a fun and happy exercise
environment for ladies who may
otherwise be unable to perform
regular exercise.
