My name is Maria, I was born in Venezuela (Latin America). I have been living an active lifestyle since I was very little. I started my career at 6 years old as a dancer and sport´s athlete (Specifically as a swimmer and tennis player) which I continued doing until I was 17 years old. Once I turned 18 I became a huge fan of fitness, gym, nutrition and balanced lifestyle.

However, I left my country and after some years working as a chef in Australia I decided to fuse all the things I love in one project: Cooking, training and health. All this with an objective in mind, help others to live life at maximum reaching the best version of themselves in every aspect, encourage them to develop their fitness skills and achieve changes not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally.

I am happy to be sharing with you Health & Fitness tips, recipes, events, promotions and important information to help you start or mantain and improve your healthy lifestyle.
