Group fitness/ bootcamps and Personal Training

Each session is different as variation can be key in losing weight and staying motivated. We do everything from circuits that incorporate cardio and strength training through to resistance, mobility and agility, and boxing.
As each member has their own goals we discuss these goals then incorporate that into each session.
Fit for Life is aimed at people wanting to make a change, see a change and lead a healthier lifestyle ☺ Group fitness is a great way of working out in a friendly and supportive environment. We all support, challenge and motivate each other.Fit for Life is for all people whether you want to lose 5-20 kilos or just like staying fit than Fit of Life will be the right place for you :)
All Group fitness/bootcamp and Personal Training is delivered by a qualified Personal Trainer
All sessions will be one hour. Also included is nutritional and diet advice.
Prices are as follows:
-$15 for a causal visit
-$20 for 2 sessions a week
-$30 a week for unlimited sessions
Or pay up front and get 1 week free eg pay for 5 weeks get 6 weeks training. Packages are unlimited sessions as well
6 weeks for $150
8 weeks for $210
Or 10 weeks for just $270
Personal training 1 hour
$40 for a single person
$50 for two people or
try the buddy system which is $70 for two people, two sessions a week
or purchase a package of pt sessions for:
- 6 weeks $220
-8 weeks $280
We will also look at doing things together as a group eg colour run, miss muddy etc let's have fun whilst getting fit
