Fit For Everyone is all about helping you reach your goals to looking and feeling better about yourself. How we do this is first of all by having you take part in an assessment. This assessment includes some passive tests, followed by some active strength and cardio tests. These are all very straight forward and should take no longer than 1 hour to do.
From these results I then put together a program to suit YOUR needs.
Once we have your program we can organise a day and time that suits you to do your training. I have a home gym in Tumbi Umbi, where I train a lot of my clients, or we can organise to train outdoors. Every 5th week of training we will reassess you to see how you are progressing. This way we constantly move forward building your strength and confidence.
