Continuously focused on his personal development, he is a certified Personal Trainer, BioSignature Practitioner, Strength and Conditioning Coach, FMA Coach, Pre and Post Natal certified trainer, and has completed specialty kettlebell and boxing courses.
With a personal interest in sports supplementation and nutrition, Luke can offer you a holistic approach to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Luke has helped clients lose fat, gain muscle, minimise and manage pain, optimise sports specific athletes, attain fitness requirements for entry to the Police Force, Fire Brigade and Defense Force, and recover from injury.
