Fishability

Fishability is a not for profit organisation that delivers programs and activities for anyone who wants to fish! We support all members of the community including those who require assistance with fishing, wheelchair access and amenities.
We have identified the very best fishing spots in Western Australia for our community of more than 100 volunteers and 3000 anglers.
Fishability started as a small Perth based not for profit organisation in 2003 with a small handful of volunteers. We have now grown to an organisation of more than 100 volunteers and 3000 anglers across Perth, Geraldton, Mandurah, Albany and Busselton.
Nev Thomas was the founder of Fishability who worked as a volunteer liaison officer for the Department of Fisheries and checked bag limits. He discovered a group of people who were keen to fish but needed a helping hand and Fishability was born.
