First Home Owners Centre, Next Residential and Aveling Homes merged on the 1st February to create a super brand.

The new and improved Aveling Homes will now offer homes to first home buyers, those buying their next single storey home and those wanting to upgrade to a two storey home.

We have finance consultants, house and land specialists, single storey designers and double storey design experts. The process is simple, professional and secure, no matter what type of home you are looking for.
