A CPA qualified finance and accounting professional with a career spanning more than 30 years, the last 10 in senior finance and managerial roles. Peter has diverse experiences in all aspects of accounting, analysis and reporting across a broad range of industries and business operations. Peter is also the Managing Director of Bauerhuit Accounting Services Pty Ltd, which provides public accounting and consulting services. He is described as self-motivated, driven by challenge and high personal standards and ethics.
During Peter's career; he has analysed operations, understood the requirements of the business, identified problem areas, and then develop problem solving process with the business so that the organisations objectives are achieved in an environment of continuous improvement.
Peter has developed finance teams of varying sizes and through his inclusive style of management have developed an atmosphere of mutual respect, facilitating open and free discussion.
