Fired Up Fitness

We are a team of health and fitness professionals based on the Central Coast of NSW and are also fulltime professional Fire Fighters within the FIRE & RESCUE NSW. Our aim is to educate, motivate and prevent health related problems occurring in society, through exercise and sound principles of physiology, human movement and nutrition.

We specialise in improving the combined fitness & wellbeing of connected groups - meaning small teams of people who work together toward mutual goals. As Fire Fighters we know how important a healthy mind and body is to any business or organisation.
