Finley Pilates & Clinical Myotherapy provides a range of services such as Clinical Myotherapy and Reformer Pilates.

Myotherapy is the assessment and treatment of myofascial & musculoskeletal dysfunction. Common conditions treated included sporting injuries, injury management, headaches, back pain etc using a range of modalities such as dry-needling, cupping, soft & deep tissue manipulation, joint mobilisations, active & passive stretching

Reformer Pilates classes of 6 are available, as are individual sessions. Each class or individual session is instructed & supervised by staff specifically trained in Pilates

Myotherapy can be claimed onsite through HICAPS for those with private health insurance
