Fink Anodising specializes in high quality decorative anodising for small to medium sized work. We take great pride and care in delivering a faultless and durable finish. Fink Anodising was set up 10 years ago to allow Fink and Co to anodise its range of production work consisting of predominately Aluminium tableware products (see our website www.finkdesingn.Com). Fink & Co uses the captivating colour and finish of anodising to help market it’s products and has therefore developed a large range of colours and pre-anodising surface treatments.
We have been providing a professional and skilled service to a large variety of clients for the past 10 years and with the exception to faults in alloy types, always send the work back with an impeccable finish. When we see an issue with the job we always consult with our clients before proceeding, to get the best results. Aluminium and its unique ability to be anodised combines coats a strong light weight metal with a durable and tough surface. Anodising is an electrochemical process that thickens and toughens the aluminium’s naturally occurring protective oxide. Anodising has the same composition as Sapphire and Ruby and therefore is very hard wearing and is chemically bonded to the aluminium surface and will not flake off. Its appealing and lively metallic colour is a result of the way that light bounces of it, anodising is a transparent surface that is coloured using special dyes, light travels through this transparent layer, bounces off the reflective substrate of the aluminium and meets your eye. So the texture on the aluminium determines the look and feel of the object, it is not like paint the surface you start with is fairly much what you will see through the anodising.

We offer 19 base colours, including clear and black and will custom colour match to your specifications. Anodising is a safe process that is not harmful and is non-toxic to human health, involving no heavy metals or dangerous by-products. Our business can also offer the following pre-treatment services; welding, cutting, pressing, folding and CNC routering, plus abrasive clean up, polishing, scotch-brighting, sand and bead blasting.
