Finds on Fitzroy offers lovely second hand items for your home. Retro, vintage and aged things are our most favourite to source. We are a mother and daughter team who have an interest in finding treasures and passing them on at a price that suits you.

IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE READ!

FIRST OFFERS:
Some items will have first offers listed (we do this at our discretion). Please still comment 'interested' in case that person passes. For items that have many people interested or that we know are quite popular, we unfortunately won't be able to do first offers. If you comment 'interested' please PM us so that we can keep in touch if the sale falls through. FB doesn't always show up tags on posts so pm'ing is our safest bet in being able to relay info to you.

TO PURCHASE AN ITEM:
Please comment sold AND PM us by 8pm at night after listings with your POSTCODE and EMAIL ADDRESS. If we have not heard from you by that time, we will have to relist the item.
Please ONLY comment SOLD on an item if you are able to pay for it via paypal or bank deposit within 48 hours (unless by prior arrangement).
Unfortunately, we are holding way too many items for people without payment and we are having to revise and refine our methods of business so that Finds on Fitzroy can survive.

ASKING A QUESTION ON AN ITEM:
If you would like clarification on an item please comment 'interested' and then PM us with your question. This helps us to stay in touch easily and respond to your enquiry promptly. You will have 12 hours from when you receive an answer to respond. Please remember to go back and comment either SOLD or PASS on the actual photo of the item.

HOLDING ITEMS:
We are happy to hold items here providing they are paid for within 48 hours of commenting SOLD.

RUNNING INVOICES:
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer running or open invoices. Please only comment SOLD on an item if you are able to pay for it within 48 hours. Once again, we are having to change the way we do this since we have thousands of dollars of stock pledged sold that have not been paid for.

POSTAGE:
Please note that due to the recent increase in postage by Aust Post we now have fixed rates for prepaid satchels as follows:
500g bag is $10
3kg bag is $15 and a
5kg bag is $20.
This includes costs incurred for handling that we need to cover such as bubble wrap, tapes etc.
We will of course still send items in boxes and will continue to provide the best possible p&h quote to you that we can.
We post on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

DELIVERY:
Items are delivered for FREE within the township of Cowra, NSW.
We are still offering delivery to the Upper-Mid Blue Mountains and surrounding areas to Cowra for $10. Deliveries happen when it fits in best with our family. We endeavor to do a mountains run approx once every 6 weeks. Items still need to be paid for within 48 hours of commenting sold and after you've sent us a PM.

I hope outlining these instructions will make our business easier to run and more clear to interact with for our lovely customers.
