The Feeling Inspired team extends a warm welcome to all who are interested in beading and want to learn more about being creative. Founded in 2003, after many years of overseas travel, several decades at Sydney's markets, including Paddington, Glebe and Balmain, as well as running a number of retail shops, Feeling Inspired brings you products from around the globe, providing a truly multicultural experience.
India, Turkey, the Philippines, China, Italy, Indonesia and Thailand are just some of the countries where we source our products, packed and coded in a conveniently sized format, big enough for the manufacturer of commercial quantities and small enough for individuals wishing to make their own jewellery and gifts for friends and family. Our large product range offers everything from tools and beading trays to beading wire and many different kinds of stringing materials. Beads, pearls, sterling silver and base metal findings as well as lead free charms and fittings are just part of the range on offer. To showcase your treasures, busts, display stands, packaging such as gift boxes, cellophane bags , paper bags, and the popular organza pouch are available for your choosing.
The success behind the brand is a team of dedicated and professional staff with three gemmologists working on site to ensure accurate description of gem materials, and a tireless drive to search for new products.
We receive container shipments at least every two months. Feeling Inspired is a family owned business with offices in Sydney and Melbourne and we come to Brisbane five times per year to exhibit and sell at show venues to look after our Queensland-based customers. People travel from far and wide to see us at these shows. We provide fabulous beads through our online store Australia-wide and beyond, to Spain, USA, Russia, Scandinavia as well as a number of European countries. It is the excitement of always finding the latest in fashion that keeps Feeling Inspired customers coming back week after week.
One of our greatest achievements is supplying art galleries and museums in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia with merchandise for travelling exhibitions, such as the recent Titanic, A Day in Pompeii, Pearls, Goddess, Dancing to the Flute, to name but a few. Besides ventures like these, Feeling Inspired is involved in donating on an ongoing basis to orphanages, animal shelters, hospitals, churches and welfare organisations to support those less fortunate in life. We update our website continuously and add a new tutorial for a beading project on our Beadersblog every week.
