Fedra Olive Grove

Prominent Canberra Businessman Jeff Konstantinou had long dreamed of growing his own olives and producing fruit and oils to the best that the Mediterranean had to offer. In the early 2000's Jeff realised his ambition in establishing Fedra Olive Grove.

Jeff knew from his early experiences growing up in Greece, that the climate and soils of the Collector region were highly suitable for growing olives and after purchasing this property began the labour of his love and started planting his trees.

Fortunately, due to a lot of hard work and care it didn’t take too long for the trees at Fedra to flourish and today the grove produces good yields and exceptional product so much so, that Fedra has acquired a number of State and National Awards.

One of the major reasons for this success is that all the fruit grown, pressed and bottled at Fedra Olive Grove is done so in the old Greek tradition, without ever compromising quality.

Fedra is also fast becoming a popular stop for travelers between Sydney and Canberra as it is a destination in itself, with over 90 acres of enjoyment. Visitors are welcome to stroll amongst the olive trees, take in the vista from the comfort of Grandma’s Little Bakery and enjoy one of their unique pastries over a nice hot coffee. Naturally, there is ample opportunity to try and buy Fedra’s oils and olives and the kids can unwind in the generous playground area.
