Feast For Health Dietitians

Feast for Health is a growing team of dietitians who are based on the Central Coast of NSW.

We don't believe in 'diets'. Food is a wonderful part of life and should be enjoyed. We believe that eating for health should not be restrictive. Through dietary education about how different foods affect our bodies, our patients can usually FEAST on plenty of food and enhance their health while doing so.

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT:

Feast for Health Dietitians are Accredited with the Dietitians Association of Australia.

Accredited Practising Dietitians are University qualified Health Professionals. We are trained to possess the expertise to provide the highest quality nutrition assessment, nutrition education and dietary advice for our patients.

Feast for Health Dietitians have a vast range of knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. We can provide you with nutrition education and individual dietary advice on the following topics:
-Weight loss
-Diabetes (type 1, type 2 and pre-diabetes)
-High Cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia)
-High Blood Pressure (hypertenstion)
-Coeliac Disease or Gluten Intolerance
-Gut or bowel issues (eg. Irritable bowel, diarrhoea, constipation, reflux)
-Gout
-Child nutrition
-Sports nutrition
-Cancer
-Weight gain
-Eating difficulties (e.g loss of appetite, taste changes, difficulting swallowing etc)


We are also available to see patients in Nursing Homes or Aged Care Facilities on the Central Coast or Hunter Regions of NSW. Residents with an EPC plan (including a dietitian referral) will be bulk-billed.

We also offer assistance to food services within health settings, such as Nursing Homes and Aged Care Facilities.
We can provide:
- Comprehensive menu analysis using food composition database software
- Dietetic assessment/interpretation of the menu analysis in a report format
- Proposed changes to the menu if necessary
- New recipes for the proposed menu changes
