What makes me different to other broker is a specialize in Construction Loans, I know the banks policies inside out and know what the credit team are looking for when assessing your application. I will also project manage the whole process by looking after the builder, conveyancer, land developer and the bank for you. I will do all the work whilst you are at work. I will also handle your First Home Owners Grant and follow your progress payments to ensure they are sent to the right bank department. After the construction is complete I will then become your personal banker, if you want to change your loan repayments, increase repayments, need a personal loan, a business loan or looking to invest I can assist you.
