Fairfield City Council

Fairfield City Council is 32 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD and incorporates 27 suburbs including Cabramatta, Bonnyrigg and Horsley Park.

It is a vibrant City, full of diverse cultures, foods, religions and celebrations.

Fairfield City is home to over 200,000 people. It is one of the most culturally diverse cities in Australia with more than half of all residents having been born overseas, mostly in non-English speaking countries. The majority of residents speak a language other than English at home, the most common being Vietnamese, Assyrian, Arabic, Cantonese and Spanish.

There are 580 parks (60 of which are major parks) plus the NSW Government’s 5,500 hectare Western Sydney Regional Parklands. The bike paths connecting many of these parks makes Fairfield City an excellent destination for cyclists.
