Gifted with the ability to inspire real transformation in body mind and heart and genuinely enjoy helping people to improve the health and well-being utilizing methods learned from my of study in the yogic arts, energetics, massage techniques, eastern and western philosophy, nutrition, anatomy and more.
Weaving magic and crafting with nature is the way of my ancestors. It is a gift we all have deep within the core of our beings. However it has been beaten and educated out of us. It is time to reclaim who we really are.
