Factory 3 CrossFit is a functional training facility offering a complete CrossFit training program.Whether you are training for sport, serving in the Armed Forces or simply to survive the inevitable zombie apocalypse, Factory 3 CrossFit is where it's at.

CrossFit is about community, you dont just DO CrossFit, you become PART of it. A community of people who have each decided that ordinary will no longer suffice...You get personal training in a group setting so that you sweat together, curse together, cheer together, and get better together.
You are coached by certified and experienced trainers who live and breathe their passion. You pay for our knowledge, our advice and for us to get you through some pretty heavy stuff (pun intended).

CrossFit is suitible for everyone...from an experienced weightlifter to the out of shape or elderly. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity, and it can be scaled to suit your needs.
