EZ Defence

This is a highly-specialized self-defense program designed to teach participants to successfully handle the multitude of confrontations that occur in our fast-paced world. Unlike most programs that concentrate on what to do when attacked, EZ Defense students learn to assess danger, set boundaries, respond effectively to verbal attacks, prevent physical attacks, and cope with the adrenal rush that occurs in any threatening situation. This program draw upon 30 years of intensive research and development.

EZ Defence is based on the idea that learning is best accomplished by "doing." In all of our programs, you'll work with a highly-trained team of instructors who will create safe, yet powerful, scenarios and role plays designed to help you experience the "rush" of self-defence without contact and without the danger or consequences.

All courses are taught in teams of female and male instructors trained in dealing with the physical and emotional process of an escalating confrontation.

The step-by-step process of developing skills and confidence builds from the successes you attain in every class. By the end of the course, you will have used your skills repeatedly to assess danger, set boundaries, and respond effectively to real and potential attacks.
