We charge a flat price to sell your house and we charge a flat price to sell your land. The price includes our essential marketing package and GST. No sale, no charge. So you will always know exactly what it is going to cost you to have your property sold, right from the outset. With Extra Mile Realty, this will be less than $5000! We are affordable.
