Our outdoor boot camp style workouts use a variety of training methods including boxing, circuits, core, flexibility, intervals, resistance bands, tyres, kettle bells and a whole lot more. Train in a supportive group environment to achieve your goals.
Our Bootcamp Programs are designed as a whole body workout, which will improve your stamina, fitness, and strength in fun, challenging and interesting ways.
Our sessions start with a warm up followed by at least 45 minutes of individual, pairs and team exercises, we end with a cool down and stretch.
