Evolution Training

If you’re a local you’d know that you can’t beat training at Bandstand park right alongside the bay yes the training regimes are physically and mentally challenging and yes our members feel an enormous sense of achievement when they finish each session! That’s what you want with each session isn’t it? To know you have worked the hardest..?? well I guess that’s my point of difference I think you can’t afford to sugar coat things in life you just have to get stuck into them and hopefully by coming and training with myself and my other well educated trainers that we can pass that mentality onto you and get you moving better then you ever have; stronger, fitter and faster.
