Evolution Fitness are a family focused husband and wife team that promote making small sustainable lifestyle changes to achieve your goals. We have a young family and have dealt with our own weight loss and fitness challenges so we understand the issues that clients face in their fitness and weight loss journeys.

Our training philosophy is to help all of our clients ‘Look Better, Feel Better, Move Better’. There is a lot more involved that just weight loss and we look to help our clients improve their quality of life, rather than look for short term quick fixes.
