Esprit Estate is a boutique equine farm located in the foothills of Glen Forbes, Just over 1 hour from Melbourne, 30 minutes from Cranbourne & Pakenham and only 15 minutes to Phillip Island.

Home to Esprit Performance Horses and the future home of an Equine Reproduction & Rehabilitation Clinic & Farm Stay Accommodation.

The property backs onto the Grantville Flora and Fauna Reserve with access to beautiful bush walks and trail rides through large grass trees and mature blackwoods. Views over the San Remo bridge and Westernport Bay, with a horse and dog friendly beach only a short 10 minute drive. Plenty of wildlife call the farm home including native birds & parrots, Wallaby's and Kangaroos.We also have friendly resident Peking Ducks that wander around the established gardens and dams.

Esprit Estate is located in a prime produce area with Bass River Winery only an easy 1 minute drive 1.3km down the road located on the Bass River. Bassine Specialty Cheeses 3km away, and La Provincia (cafe, bar, fresh fruit and vegetables) 3km away.

Currently being re-fenced with top quality safe equine fencing suitable for stallions, mares and foals, performance horses, race horses and youngstock.
