Epic Health & Fitness offers fun affordable and achievable training sessions in some of the best locations in town. Whether its one on one personal training, outdoor bootcamps or group fitness, my sessions are catered for any age group, fitness level or gender. I guarantee to keep you motivated, energised and excited as my sessions are never the same, making it more challenging and enjoyable for everyone.

Epic Health & Fitness outdoor bootcamps, group fitness and personal training started up in October 2012 after Lauren Wilson completed her Certificate IV in Fitness in May 2012 with A.I.P.T (Australian Institute of Personal Trainers). After completing her studies Lauren then went onto further her qualifications by becoming a Boxing “Punchfit” trainer, and level 1 and 2 advanced Boot Camp and Outdoor Group Fitness Instructor.

This has been an ultimate dream and passion of Lauren's to be a part of the fitness industry. Her desire is to not only help people look good and feel great but to also achieve their health and fitness goals, whilst also being able to do what she loves.
