EP Performance specialises in personal and small group training, strength improvement, fitness, Range of Mobility (ROM) and flexibility within my specifically designed programs to suit your individual needs and goals. I have a passion for Functional movement, Muscle Activation and correcting imbalances within the body.
After the birth of my last child I wanted to lose weight and get fit. I started out with a slow walk and within two years I had completed many 10km runs and a half marathon in well under the goal time, combined with resistance training I had lost a total of 25% of my starting body weight.
I understand how hard it can be to find the time to put yourself first with our busy lifestyles and I am passionate about utilising the time you do have to gain the best results to meet your personal goals whether they be big or small.
