Based in the beautiful Coffs Coast region of northern NSW Australia, our retreats and workshops are designed to fit into busy lifestyles. They bring together the beauty of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and other modalities such as massage, reflexology, essential oils, nature wellbeing and creative arts.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience a deeper sense of wellbeing, calm, vitality and energy. In fact, we think it's essential. Our retreats help people discover a sense of peace through connecting with their inner self.
