Enlighten Adelaide

The Enlighten Adelaide is a celebration of health, well-being, learning, and fun in an open and welcoming atmosphere.

It's SA's leading professional and quality health and wellness event that showcases local South Australian businesses who share their knowledge and advice, products and services.

The Festival provides the opportunity for visitors to discover, explore and experience natural, organic and alternative lifestyle options and browse through the stalls without any pressure or hassle from exhibitors.

One of the many highlights of the festival is the unique Day Spa area where visitors can relax, unwind and experience a massage, reiki, or other treatment.

Visitors are encouraged to stay for the day, have lunch at the Festival Pop Up Cafe, attend a free workshop, participate in a free come and try activity such as Dru Yoga or Pilates, and just enjoy being in the peaceful and positive atmosphere of this blissful space.

The Kids Creative Corner will keep the young ones entertained with mindful activities and the atmosphere is lifted with the beautiful live sacred music throughout the weekend.

Festival Director, Sue Shaw, has a simple philosophy ; that there is enough for everyone and to work in collaboration with each other to bring about a sense of community, unity and oneness. Her focus is to provide a professional, quality and unique event for everyone involved.

The 2018 Enlighten Adelaide Festival is on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 July at the Adelaide Convention Centre in Halls J & K, 10am until 5pm.

Admission is $15 pp/day or $20 for a Weekend Pass, children under 15 years are free.

Every visitor receives a copy of the Enlighten Adelaide Directory listing the contact details of all exhibitors, and a Program of Events.
