I'm Kelly Roberts, founder of Endurafit Coaching & Fitness
Having been involved in sports and fitness since a very young age, it seemed a natural progression for me to follow a career path that focused on helping others strive towards, and reach their health and fitness goals.
For me, being a personal trainer is not just about putting people through their paces in a fitness workout. It’s my role to also educate, guide and motivate individuals - to empower them to once again take charge of their health and well being.
I am definitely an energy person! I have a bundle of it and love helping build up and being a part of an electric atmosphere!! Group fitness is also a HUGE passion of mine, and as well as running bootcamps and outdoor group training sessions, I also teach various classes - such as Body Pump, Body Combat, KettleWorx and Stretch.
It's fun to exercise with others !!!
