Encompassed Health and Wellness was started as a direct result from experiencing all of the above. I can honestly say that I have personally tried just about every diet/ regime, way of eating from Paleo to Raw food diets to liquid detox's diets, low carb, no carb...the list goes one. Essentially what was missing in all these was the ability to incorporate a lifestyle choice from weight loss to healthy living, to youthful ageing that not only assisted the bodies natural ability to remove toxicity from the body, balance the and nurture the digestive system but assist in the bodies natural ability to assimilate some of the highest quality bio-available nutrients when ingested.

My personal experience from the nutritional cleanse not only assisted shifting the last kilo's of body fat (3.5 kg's in 30 days), but I have soooo much energy, clarity, less stress, no moods and i sleep like a baby. I had no idea just how toxic my system was.
