Empower Fitness & Rehabilitation

Health and Fitness have always been a great passion of mine since I could remember, I had great role models and inspirational sporting figures i could only dream of becoming. I graduated school with no clue what i wanted to do, the only thing i could think of was fitness so I enrolled at the Australian Institute of Fitness and became a personal trainer. In 2006 I decided to turn my dreams of being a business owner into reality, and opened up a mobile personal training business. This suited my lifestyle perfectly as i was able to enroll at Edith Cowan University and here i completed my Bachelor of Science as well as work in an industry i loved. I then moved to the University of Western Australia and completed my post grad studies and i can happily say that in 2013 after a long journey i graduated as an Exercise Physiologist.
I currently run my business from home where i have a wonderful set up, i have a beautiful decked area for stretches and relaxation, grassed area (artificial) for outdoor activities, and a well equipped gym set up with commercial equipment.
Days, prices and fitness plans depend on amount of sessions, time, and goals.
